    Its not enough not to panic. You must go further and replace panicking with a plan. Come up with a clear cut plan for the fulfilment of what you are praying. Move from stillness to strategic action. If you think big and say big things you must then organise yourself to do it.

    What destroys is what we know to be true hidden in our system but pretend isn't happening. Our denial and inability to confront the error. The red light is beeping but we will rather go on with life than address it hoping it will disappear of itself. It won't until you resolve it

    2nd flaw is a structural defect with the communication. Paul said if words that are not easy to be understood are being used, you will be as a barbarian/stranger to those you want to reach. If that being the case, we should remember what Jesus said about the voice of a stranger

    Many non growing Churches are spiritually sound I.e they pray and teach God's word. They just are structurally defective. It starts with the office and role of a pastor not being properly defined so he who occupies that office invests time and energy in the wrong things.

    What bullies desire to do is to shut down alternative thoughts to theirs so culture is shaped in their own image. Societies and groups that don't allow diverse thoughts in the pursuit of the same goals will wither. Even in success they will live in the fear of the next big ideas.

    When you go through tests and some say you won't make it, always remember all they are saying is "if I were in that situation I won't make it." It is only a reflection of themselves and not of you. Nobody knows the details of your life. No one knows your true history.

    When we do things out of competition we cluster our lives with so many activities that emotionally drain us. After a while leaving the people around us somewhat confused. There will be no coherency in our activities for they are not definite steps towards a well defined goal.
