This is a major problem. It's time to educate our youth, both boys & girls, .. Self-defense Situational awareness To immediately notify parents/police when assaulted He/She can be prosecuted for 'falsifying police report' Our 'cry wolf' culture must end! Hurts real victims. .

Actually we can’t orientate these kids if the adult keep displaying the same act.
-
Exactly when they see adults doing this crap to get ahead or win election you can bet they will do it too. They learn by watching & they have seen politicians destroy their opponent every election cycle with non-provable accusations for decades & shamelessly walk away Scott Free

I would tell my son, never be alone with a female in a private setting. And use the camera on your phone while driving. It is a sad thing when we really may have to just resort to 1800's chaperones to protect the males from false accusations...
-
And Mike Pence gets made fun of for doing this...
-
That's ok since people lack integrity these days. Better to be proactive amd than reactive...
-
Yup!! I agree. So sad

We should be Prosecuting false allegations. Not just false charges, but allegations as well. Because

Making false accusations can be devastating for the accused, but it also serves to diminish the seriousness with which people respond to accusations of ACTUAL rape. Disturbing that the young girl laughed. Nothing about the subject is funny.

Where have we seen this before? Yes, during the hearings for Supreme Court Justice, Brett Kavanaugh, when three women came forward and made unsubstantiated allegations of rape. Nothing happened to them. That’s the example these young girls are influenced and inspired by.

Because of that fiasco, I’m no longer a
#Democrat.

The big problem is that it persists into college and beyond, e.g. through the Dear Colleague Title IX driven epidemic of false accusations and obliteration of fair due process. The only remedy I see is to punish false accusers and even to punish threats of false accusation.
-
The other thing is to recognize that if false accusations are used as threats even as young as at 14 years, then false accusations are absolutely NOT rare but are, in fact, common and widespread.

This world is crazy! Having two teen boys, I always tell them to not be alone with girls and be very careful when out with friends. Sadly you just never know.
-
Also, teach them: “if you are EVER accused of anything DO NOT say ANYTHING, except “I want my dad!” Or “I want my attorney!”
-
This goes with anything!
-
Yes it does, but in particular for boys and men. If accused by a girl or woman they are immediately guilty and excoriated in the media with ZERO due process
