    So the boys who beat up Harsh & Madhav brutally are habitual offenders & known in University for fights. Needless to say Kommal Kumar is a part of same gang. A student from the University has sent me a message below. has still not rusticated the accused.

    This is a clear case of a paedophile pervert sexually grooming a vulnerable minor. I know you mean good but please blurr the face of the girl because while what the sick man is doing is an offence under POCSO, revealing a minors identity too is a serious offence.

    Because of these kind incidents which is not an isolated incident, sending boys to university is become all the more worrysome for parents. One false allegation would destroy the life n the career of boys & nobody, believe me no body will come for rescue.
