    XVFC is now finalizing its recommendations for its five-year award to be submitted before Oct 2020. In view of this, the views and feedback from officials of MHA & NDMA on its recommendations for 2020-21 and for the period of 2021-22 to 2025-26 was noted by the Commission. (4/4)

    XVFC had used a more scientific and comprehensive methodology in its 2020-21 Report. The XVFC recommended allocation for Disaster Risk Management (DRM) both at the State level and National level and all DRM Fund includes the fund for Response and Mitigation. (3/4)

    The Chairman stated that the XVFC will devote an entire chapter on health financing for the first time. Additionally, the Chairman has opined that the HLG on health sector and the World Bank should study, analyse and come up with suitable recommendations for the health sector.
