    नॉर्थ-ईस्ट के राज्यों में सिटिजनशिप अमेंडमेंट बिल और अनुच्छेद 371 को लेकर कुछ चिंताएं हैं। मैं साफ कर देना चाहता हूँ कि अनुच्छेद 370 अस्थायी प्रोविजन था और अनुच्छेद 371 स्पेशल प्रोविजन है। ये नॉर्थ ईस्ट का अधिकार है, इसे कोई नहीं छीन सकता।
