    This is good counsel. But people need to be brave, and do the ethnographic research too. Talking to a person does not mean endorsing them. Understanding should lead to better countering.

    I would note that working on the far right & racist terrorism is not enough, researchers need to engage with racism in terms of the issues, theories, research & voices/experiences of those racialised. Not just terrorism/extremism studies/lit or the voices/experiences of racists.

    I saw a job post the other day. 👔 It required 4+ years of experience in FastAPI. 🤦 I couldn't apply as I only have 1.5+ years of experience since I created that thing. 😅 Maybe it's time to re-evaluate that "years of experience = skill level". ♻
