    im taking time this year to think about how to better make that place for industry people and then of course has been doing that work and now we're getting and there are so many orgs, helmed by ppl i respect so yeah, we're figuring it out

    i feel more and more now im really talking about access and when im talking about access its how to distribute power, how to create systems + networks in which we can educate and support potential publishing professionals + creators from many backgrounds.

    This is like such a huge thing. We all need to be so much better about this. Like with we’ve started not having all socials at bars / when we have alcohol making sure it’s in a safer space + that there are non-alcoholic options (other than water).
