    Changes in growth of Active cases: 1) Losing early gains: Singapore, Canada, Spain & Pakistan 2) Flattened the curve: Isreal, Czechia 3) Ahead of the curve: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Australia and China (but then who knows!)
