Solidarity with the Three from the park bench
During the night of 8 July 2019, three of our friends and comrades were arrested and after that several apartments were searched. After the prison examination two of them are now in custody, the third person got released on parole. According to the press, they are accused of preparing an arson attack in connection with the anniversary of the riots against the G20 summit in Hamburg in 2017.

Tras un día feriado que anticipaba para muchxs un largo fin de semana, la ciudad de Santiago se iba durmiendo en la fría madrugada del 22 de mayo de 2009. Un sector de Avenida Matta permanecía en quietud, lejos de las luces y bullicio de locales comerciales. Solo dos ciclistas avanzan como difusas siluetas para diferentes cámaras de seguridad.
El avance se interrumpe cuando las siluetas se separan y una de ellas se baja de la bicicleta para arreglar algo en su mochila. Un gran destello corta entonces la filmación.
El ruido de una potente explosión hace eco entre las calles, la confusión despierta el lugar, lanzando las alertas policiales.
En la mitad de la calle Ventura Lavalle, casi en la esquina con Artemio Gutiérrez, un cuerpo ya sin vida está envuelto en una estela de pólvora, a un costado un revólver -con una sola bala en la nuez- más allá una bicicleta negra espera para continuar el viaje. Nikos Romanos free he was released today 11/7/19, from Korydallos Prison, having served the sentences imposed on him.
The comrade was arrested in February 2013 along with three other comrades for a double armed robbery, at the Agricultural Bank and the Hellenic Postbank in Velvento, Kozani.

The Fight for Liebig34 goes further.
The Court hearing for the eviction of our anarcha-queer-feminist housing project will take place on the 20th of September 2019. Padovicz wants to snitch away the house, while the politicians are trying to keep our mouths shut. Both parties are awaiting a final court decision. We do not let any cis-men decide about the future of our anarcha-queer-feminist project, cause simply no one should decide about us, but ourselves.
The last weeks in Nordkiez
Lateley, the presence of cops in our neighbourhood increased massively. Helicopters are flying daily and nightly over our roofs. Multiple police vans drive through our streets and ID-controls become part of everyday normality.
Also, during our self-organized neighbour fest in which a lot of children participated, the cops reacted in an aggressive way, trying to ruin our day. Several persons sympathising with our project, have been arrested and taken into custody. The arrests of these friends were very violent and sexist. Whether it’s about getting a coffee in the morning at the other side of the street or having dinner in front of our house, the cops find ways to intimidate us. The system of state tries to silence us by all means. As a consequence, we face daily confrontation with the cops. However, their provocation is not something we allow to set us back or keep us small. It is something that encourages us to resist.
We are aware that their violent behaviour is purely a reaction on our mobilization in our joint-fight against gentrification, patriarchy and capital. All of this, shows us, that our battle against “the city of the rich and powerful” is effectively starting to worry the establishment.
A glance into our future
It remains important to not let them take away Dorfplatz and the neighbourhood, but to show presence, since we want to shift life and summer to the streets in Berlin. Let us all together. Let us express to Padovicz and everyone else what we think of this court date which we received. Be creative and support us with solidarity actions. Further, it’s fundamental that the focus is not only on the eviction day of Liebig34, but that decentralized actions happen everywhere at any moment.
We won’t be robbed of our desires and conviction when our house will be evicted. The fight against capital and patriarchy is not solely connected to one day or one project. Let’s form rebellious feminist gangs!
We will continue to battle further for a life free of hierarchies, away from patriarchy and capitalism. For a liberated society in which living spaces are no commodities in a consumerist world.

The hearings from 15 to 18 July, 2019, are confirmed, but due to the absence of one of the judges the sentence (scheduled for July 22nd) could slip, by a maximum of one week, apparently.
For Giova, Paska and Ghespe under house arrest, was asked the transport by their own means for the hearings, therefore without an escort. For Paska has also been asked to temporarily move house arrest to a house near Florence.
As regards presences in the courtroom, Paska should therefore be present at all hearings. Giova and Ghespe will certainly not come to the hearing on the 15th, but for the following ones they still haven’t decided.
We remember that the hearings will be:
15 July – Deposition of the digos [“political police”] on the last part of the environmental interceptions [surveillance transcripts].
16 July – Public prosecutor indictment and civil parties.
17 and 18 July – Defensive harangues.
22 (?) July – Reading of the device (sentence).
All will start at 9.00 am, in room 28 (basement) at the courthouse in Novoli (Florence).
Note: During the course of the month of June 2019 the three imprisoned anarchists, Paska, Giovanni and Salvatore (Ghespe), were transferred from the prisons of Viterbo and Sollicciano (Florence) to house arrest.

The comrade was arrested on May 21st along with Natascia and Robert for the repressive operation “Prometeo” (“Prometheus”). We remember that Natascia, Giuseppe and Robert were arrested on May 21st, 2019, during a repressive operation called “Prometeo” (“Prometheus”), carried out by the Carabinieri [Paramilitary police] of the ROS [Special Branch] and which involved some searches. The main accusation is of “attack with terrorist or subversive purposes”, since they are considered responsible for sending three bomb packages arrived in June 2017 to the p. m. Rinaudo (prosecutor in several trials against the antagonist movement and the anarchists) and Sparagna (prosecutor in the trial for the “Scripta Manent” operation) and Santi Consolo, at the time director of the DAP (“Department of Prison Administration”) in Rome. They are not accused of any “associative” crime (such as articles 270 or 270bis, c. p.).

– A Summary (Situation July 2019)
Our friend and companion Andreas is currently imprisoned in Naples (Italy). Since his imprisonment in Germany Andreas has been known as a rebellious prisoner. In April 2019 he was sentenced in Italy to 24 years in jail. In addition, Andreas has recently been diagnosed with kidney cancer. His health is deteriorating and we fear for his life. Actually, he should undergo surgery months ago, but the Italian authorities refuse to transfer him to a hospital.
Andreas was in the clutches of the German judicial machinery for years and he was in jail for a total of 16 years. He is a rebellious prisoner, participated in building the prisoners’ union (GGBO) behind bars, he went on hunger strike several times against the prison conditions and also participated in a solidarity hunger strike for the prisoners in Greece.
