The exact date isn't set, but targeting end of year 2019. "The WordPress core team will monitor the adoption of the most recent versions of PHP with an eye towards making PHP 7+ the minimum version towards the end of the year."

Tomorrow is meant like in the future. The 5.2 release is planned for end of April. So no update tomorrow.

Should enforce version to 7. (I know you have plans before the EOY). I just startetd admin'g a new site, moved 'em from V5.x to 7.3 - and discovered the BIG V7 advantage. SITE RUNS TWICE AS FAST!
