Dispute Categories Invite Only
Learn more about the available categories for disputes, should you need to disputes an invalid transaction.
When an invalid transaction is created, you assign one of the following categories to best describe the reason for it. These options are provided to you as choices when creating a dispute within the Dashboard, and as a value for the reason attribute of a Dispute object.
Card fraud

You can initiate a dispute using this category if you find a transaction that you did not authorize or participate in.

Other

Use this category if you need to dispute a transaction for any other reason. Make sure to provide as much information as possible, along with any evidence you think supports your case.
