Common USPS Tips

Email Scams Pretending to be from USPS®

Beware of bogus emails being sent to postal customers. These emails contain false information about package delivery or online postage charges. The emails contain a link or attachment that, when opened, installs a malicious virus that can steal personal information from your PC or phone.

Check Package Status

Sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances. Before contacting us, enter your package’s tracking number on the USPS Tracking® page to check its current status.
