Eddie has suffered personal trauma beyond for the last 2 years. I knew Eddie before the Grenfell fire – we knew some people at Grenfell from the three years I lived there myself. But I knew Eddie as an anarchist and activist – he’d come on a class war demo at Zaha Hadid’s shortly before the fire.
All those of us who advocated a more angry militant response to the fire did not feel we could do so without the support of eddie and his fellow survivors.
