Glenn was appointed CEO in January 2019 following EarthLink’s acquisition of nQue Technologies, a company he co-founded. He previously served as CEO of Qology Direct until its acquisition in 2017 by Centerfield Media, at which time he was named President. His experience also includes positions as COO of Allconnect, EVP Consumer Services at Aequitas Capital, and President of NCI Interactive. Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech.

In addition to serving as CFO, Michael is a Partner at the private equity firm Trive, which acquired EarthLink in December 2018. During his 20+ year career, Michael has served as CFO and VP of AGM Automotive, VP and CFO of Trico Products, VP of GKN’s Sinter Metals group, and CFO of Qualitor. He also held various financial positions in Textron’s Automotive Business. Michael graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance.

Michael returned to EarthLink as President at the beginning of 2019, from his position as the COO of Qology Direct. From 2012-2015, he served as CRO at EarthLink. Before that, he was President of Concentric Cloud Solutions, a subsidiary of XO Communications. His experience also includes being CMO at XO Communication and serving as an Officer and SVP of Global Collaboration and Enterprise Solutions at Global Crossing.

He also held management positions with Ernst & Young, Black Knight Financial Services, and PWC. Brian holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Florida.

He joined KLD through the acquisition of Credence Corp, an eDiscovery services company he founded in 2005 based on his experience in telecoms and the law firm marketplace.

Jennifer has been with EarthLink since 2000, during which time she has held a variety of positions including SVP & GM, Consumer, VP Product Management, Director of Access & VAS Product Management and Marketing and Director of Broadband Operations. Prior to joining EarthLink, she managed sales and marketing for an actuarial consulting firm. Jennifer received a BA in Psychology from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Scott holds an MBA from Georgia State University with a concentration in finance and a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Leon Hounshell joined EarthLink as Chief Product Officer in 2019. His experience includes serving as CTO and EVP of Engineering at Greenwave Systems; leading the Managed Home Solutions Division of Motorola Mobility as General Manager; and serving as CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Chair of 4Home Inc, prior to its acquisition by Motorola Mobility. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Atlas Communications and PRISMIQ. Leon, who graduated from the University of Florida, is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
