I was born in South Sudan and spent four years in a refugee camp before coming to Australia. I enrolled in and completed the Advanced Diploma of Legal Practice, which allowed me to gain entry into a Bachelor of Legal Services.

Innocent: A learning journey to law

Innocent has recently travelled to Nairobi to undertake an internship with African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), winner of the 2015 United Nations Population award, working with the Tegla Laroupe Foundation to empower talented refugees.
