    Mueller's not wrong about this. The only redress for the types of crimes & norm violations outlined in the report is congressional investigation and impeachment.

    Justice Dept. can't indict a sitting president. Can't even issue a report making judgement he committed crimes. Only redress is impeachment & removal. That can't happen as long as President has minimum of 34 Senators, an insurmountable hurdle. So President is above the law.
