During an interview with Grazia, she revealed: 'On average Love Island stars will charge between £400 and £1,200 for a feed post.'

'Almost instantly, I was inundated with brand deals and so, like everyone does, I tried to make the most of it.'

She added that she was once offered £3,000 to share an advertisement on her Instagram story, however it turned out the make-up brand offering her the money was in fact a scam.

'For a story post, I'd typically charge £100 per individual story, which is why the offer of £3,000 seemed dubious from the off.'

Zara said that she realised the brand was a scam after checking the reviews for the company online, where customers complained they never received their order.

Despite being able to make a handsome sum from using her social influencer status for financial gain, Zara admitted that she now turns down 60 per cent of deals.
