White supremacists claim postal survey sparked interest
By Stephen Smiley on The World Today with Eleanor Hall
An anonymous group of Australian white supremacists, who call themselves the "Antipodean Resistance", have claimed responsibility for posters that compare homosexuality to paedophilia.
The offensive posters, which are part of a protest against same-sex marriage, have been appearing on the streets of Sydney and Melbourne.
And an anonymous spokesman for the group claims Australia right now is fertile ground for recruitment, with attendance increasing "exponentially" on "radicalisation bus trips" in culturally diverse parts of suburban Melbourne.
