Rabbi Tommy Robinson/Stephen Yaxley-Lennon? EDL ~versus~ Tower Hamlets

LOL.

The EDL held a small, largely static demo in London on September 3, prevented from marching through Tower Hamlets by several thousand police. Something like 1,000 or so patriots attended, considerably less than the many thousands the EDL claimed would assemble [see Socialist Worker on “the brilliant victory in east London today”].

EDL leader Tommy Robinson/Stephen Yaxley-Lennon dressed as a rabbi for the occasion, declaring that breaking his bail conditions (again) was a small price to pay to stop the Muslamics from taking over. FACT! Yaxley-Lennon’s stunt was not appreciated by all of those present, with some allegedly greeting his fashionable pose with Nazi salutes.

Ah well.

In Melbourne and Sydney on Friday September 9 and Saturday September 10 Yaxley-Lennon’s followers Down Under will be rallying against rallies against Israeli chocolate shop Max Brenner. The counter-rallies have gained the support of the ADL, APDM, APP and Southern Cross Soldiers. Below SCS Shermon Burgess explains why patriots should eat Max Brenner. Or something.

It’s Cronulla times 50!

They just keep changing sides! Anti immigration! Anti-muslim, then flip back to anti-israel/jew! Anti everything! Dress up as a rabbi THEN salute Hitler!
CHOOSE A SIDE WILL YOU AND STICK WITH IT -_-

Not so long ago, rallies of Palestinian supporters were frequently annoyed to have to expel neo-nazis from our gatherings. Nice to see the Zionists have taken that problem off our hands!

In summing up, it’s the Clash of Civilisations, it’s Eurabia, it’s justice, it’s law, it’s the vibe, and, uh… No, that’s it. It’s the vibe.

I’m confused, are the defenders of western civilisation from Halal planning to counter-demo in Sydney, or both Sydney and Melburn?

  5. Derek says:

Ha, the bit where he says about how Christians don’t rape (although he seems to be drawing a subtle distinction between raping with a bad excuse and, presumably, raping with a good excuse) or perform acts of religious oppression is priceless.

  6. Derek says:

And the only problem with the argument that the Saudis would object to a kangaroo logo on their food is, why the fuck would you put one there?

I can’t not overlook that there is no clarity what people understand as racism. It always just seems to be “us verse them”. It just continually leads to people giving an opinion but it seems to always be a “self seeking” opinion. There is no step forward. Derek for example has looked way to much into what this guy has just rambled on about. I would say it is probably better to look at the situation as if the guy in the video is a programmed robot.
I liked how in the “Open Letter To Friends” post it gave an understanding and had people inspired to do something positive with that understanding. Well, for a while it did at least. It seemed to be, “for” something rather than “against” and sparked a different reaction.
Until the media sorts there shit out, I dought guys like this are going to change there ways anytime soon. If there is one thing I could say for sure about people with views like his, it is the anger in them. Are they just angry about Islam, or are they just angry people, and why are they angry people? What is the relation between angry people and “racism”?

  8. @ndy says:

Yeah well, Shermon’s an angry young man with a long list of complaints and a burning desire to bash Muslims and leftists.

    *shrugs*

As for the EDL, Sir Stephen is on hunger strike while this post about ‘Angel Joe’ is sordid and depressing.

Yeh, I get that, pretty obvious I thought? I was trying to move on from that.

I have been trying to get statistics on the number of people involved in certain religions, well all religions actually. Thought it would be helpful to point it out so people get more of an idea, and don’t assume so easily that mosque = terrorist/bad person. Is there anything factual out there these days on this topic you know of? I think seperating religion from terrorist by bringing quantity of other religions into factor would change people’s way of thinking. Am I making sense?

  11. flux says:

Andy, why do you attack people who justifiably criticise the Islamic community?

  12. @ndy says:

flux, why do you make unsupported assertions?
