Everyone is talking about Bill Shorten's mum Ann today and the disgraceful Daily Telegraph article about her. Rather than engage in that debacle, I wanted to post this article about Wakka Wakka great grandmother Pauline Lorenzen who has just completed her own law degree at 75.

I wonder how the Daily Telegraph would paint Pauline. Born in a creek bed, left school at 12, no shoes, worked in service roles to support her family, etc. To me, she is a hero.
