    So we have a document prepared for Peter Dutton, illegally leaked to one of Peter Dutton's favourite journalists and reported in a way that suited Peter Dutton, but apparently the AFP, who report to Peter Dutton's department, have decided they can't figure out who did it.

    The matter was then referred to the Australian Federal Police, who have now apparently decided they can't work out where the leak came from. It's relevant at this point to remember that Peter Dutton's Home Affairs Department has responsibility for the AFP and ASIO.

    The local hospital in Manus is not capable of admitting suicidal and self-harmed cases anymore. There is no medical facilities in the island for providing refugees with treatment. The situation is an extreme emergency.

    Four more people did self-harm. Since last night seven people attempted suicide in PIH hospital,three in Port Moresby, one in PIH hospital and three in Manus. We are recording self harm each hour. It is a human cricis.
