Utterly ashamed to be represented by this vile woman. Being gay isn’t a disease to be cured. Ann Widdecombe is continuing her sick anti- campaign.

  7. Widdecombe is sick, disgusting and dangerous. Her comments put vulnerable + at risk - especially young people. Surely she will now he expelled from ???

For calling out Ann Widecombe’s comments about people my office has received a lot of very angry and homophobic emails and voicemails. Each time someone in public office uses such language it legitimises others to use hateful language. Just vile.

So outspoken about the joys of your Islamic Association & Iftar And yet mute on Muslim protests against tolerance in British schools. How curious a thing.

To every young + person out there let me say the views of Ann Widdecombe on gay people have no place in modern Britain. Be yourself, be fabulous and be happy. Love is love.

A middle school bully mocked my youngest for wearing a rainbow flag pin yesterday. “Look, he’s gay!” the bully said. My son put his face in the bully’s face and said, “No, I’m not. I’m an ally. My entire family is . So what’s YOUR problem?” Then he told him, “Fuck off!” ❤️

Ann: It's 2019 and your homophobia has no place in UK politics. You should apologise to our + communities. I'm proud to be reflecting on the 50 yrs of progress since the Uprising and celebrating how far we've come.
