    So proud of my partner on recent big round and how it stood out in cash efficiency even amidst that last round as its accelerating its scaling

    You don’t have to choose between bootstrapping OR diluting yourself 20-30% every round / losing effective control. and have deftly combined the best of both, hope more founders follow their lead.

    Really appreciate it - the original idea came from who worked closely with numerous founders on what would be most meaningful for them. We feel that it’s critical to invest in our founders and applaud you for joining us on this initiative

    This is a core part of the Work Life story, which I haven’t shared yet. has been an inspiration for this. 1% of non-dilutive capital goes to founder coaching, therapy and leadership programs. Blog post coming soon!
