The iconic Forum Melbourne once again throws open its doors and transforms into the MIFF Festival Lounge from Friday 3 August to Sunday 19 August. Come down to the launch party on Friday 3 August, presented by Russh.
The Lounge is your place to drink, eat and escape the chill during this year's festival. Soak up the atmosphere of one of Melbourne's most unique venues with its eternal night sky. Taking reference from the statuesque Greek deities that border the Forum, indulge like the gods of Olympus as MIFF brings you a little piece of heaven for every taste and mood.
Enjoy a selection of curated wines from Scotchmans Hill, craft beer from Mornington Peninsula Brewery and a Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz, the delicious official cocktail of the festival.
Let Genovese coffee fuel lively debate and back-to back film viewings and get yourself a limited edition MIFF KeepCup before they run out. Taste a bespoke menu designed just for you by Executive Chef David Ricardo (Chin Chin, Pearl).
MIFF Members receive a 10% discount off food and drink from the Lounge menu.
Hermes’ Lyre will take the shape of our resident Yamaha Disklavier piano taking place front and centre. The modern day Pianola will serenade you every evening and will host special guest performances from composers taken straight from our main program.
