Neymar returns to Barcelona as he and PSG team-mate Dani Alves enjoy a day at the Spanish Grand Prix a day after Ligue 1 victory over Angers

Paris Saint-Germain stars Neymar and Dani Alves were among the famous faces to descend on Barcelona on Sunday to enjoy a taste of the Spanish Grand Prix.

The Brazilians took a break from the climax of the Ligue 1 season to watch Lewis Hamilton pick up the 76th win of his F1 career and move back to the top of the world championship standings.

Before the race, the two PSG stars were pictured meeting drivers and team bosses including Pierre Gasly and Christian Horner of Red Bull.

Former Real Madrid defender Alvaro Arbeloa was also at the Grand Prix on Sunday and he handed Spanish driver Carlos Sainz of McLaren a personalised Los Blancos shirt before the race.

Meanwhile, sporting a bright yellow t-shirt, sunglasses and bandanna, Neymar took in the action at Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit less than 24 hours after helping PSG to victory over Angers.

The Brazilian scored the first goal as Thomas Tuchel's side overcame a late red card for Marquinhos to secure a 2-1 win thanks to Angel di Maria's second-half winner.

PSG have already wrapped up the Ligue 1 title but Saturday's victory was the club's first in four matches and only their second in the past eight games.

This summer promises to be another busy one in the French capital, with Neymar's future increasingly uncertain.

Earlier this week reports in France claimed the forward had had a change of heart and is now looking for pastures new following PSG's difficult spell.

Le10Sport said PSG's elimination at the hands of Manchester United in this season's Champions League - twinned with their recent slump in form - have prompted him to have a rethink.

Real Madrid are among the teams chasing Neymar, who is believed to be valued at £300m by the French club.
