    I think d admin is weak in the knees when it comes to implementing the ban.Why is it so difficult to ban plastic bags?The sky is not going to fall and nobody is going to die,I am sure of this,on the the contrary ppl will be relieved.Were' nt we managing w.o plastic bags earlier?

    Segregate waste, get a rebate in property tax. One of our most important decisions soon to help Mumbai reduce waste, and segregate it effectively.
