    This law disproportionally affects the Indigenous community. Last year 600 kids aged 10-13 were incarcerated & 65-70% of these kids were Indigenous. Entering the criminal justice system at a young age leads to a vicious cycle which becomes difficult to get out of

    What were you up to at 10 years old? I loved trampolines & football. In Australia 10 year olds can be locked up. Parliment meet Monday to discuss a proposal to . Kids belong with families & communities not in prison. Please sign the petition

    landscape. By using this language, we are sending a message that if you are not male you do not belong, or are not qualified. Sometimes it can be difficult, because we are so conditioned to think or speak in certain ways, but it is worth taking the time to check ourselves

    been “HE will have a tough job ahead of HIM”, “should HE come from a football background or a business background?”, “how much should HE be paid”, etc etc. This type of exclusionary language is the unconscious bias which is so prevalent in society, especially within the sporting
