    Two years ago, over 25,000 New Yorkers marched on Trump Tower to demand that the President make his taxes available for review, so we could be sure he’s not corrupt or compromised. Tomorrow in Albany, our state lawmakers will take action to make sure that happens.

    Here’s how real estate works in NYC TENANT: misses rent, gets evicted, blacklisted —> ends up homeless LANDLORD: defrauds tenants and a bank, (shockingly) goes to jail —> gets out and gets a loan from... the same bank We need now and a whole lot more

  21. A&E Realty and others like it are profiting off the backs of tenants by abusing MCIs and IAIs. While tenants are facing horrible conditions and apartments in disrepair, A&E is set up in midtown , and they’re the 4th stop on the . Time to make some noise.
