A Serial killer who did not seen to follow the time tested code of what a serial killer was about, while others preyed on societies vulnerable, like drug addicts and prostitutes, children even the poor, Richard Ramirez cruised the well heeled middle class suburban areas, climbing into unlocked windows and shooting the male and rapping and torturing the females. Whether they were 6 or 86 he raped, tortured and sodimized them, some he let live while others he sent to the abyss, but what made him tick.
This is my take on the brutal killer.

Mike Taylor (public servant)
Michael John "Mike" Taylor AO is a former senior Australian public servant and policymaker. He is currently an Independent Director of the Bushfire CRC.
Life and career
Mike Taylor grew up in Melbourne, Victoria. In 1970 he completed his Bachelor of Agricultural Science having studied at the University of Melbourne.
Taylor took his first job with the Victorian Department of Agriculture in 1971. With the support of a cadetship from the Department, he completed a graduate Diploma in Agriculture Economics, attained from the University of New England in 1972.
In the 1980s, Taylor worked at the Australian Dairy Industry Council.
He was Secretary of the Victorian State Government Department of Agriculture, prior to his appointment as Secretary of the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
In 2004, Taylor moved from the Agriculture department to the Department of Transport and Regional Services (later Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government). There he assumed responsibility for implementing several initiatives to upgrade maritime, aviation and land transport security.

Mike Taylor (cricketer, born 1942)
Michael Norman Somerset (Mike) Taylor (born 12 November 1942) was an English first-class cricketer who played mainly for Nottinghamshire CCC and Hampshire CCC in a career that spanned the 1964 and 1980 seasons and included 375 first-class and 226 limited overs matches.
Taylor was born at Amersham, Buckinghamshire. At the age of 15 he was being coached at Chesham Cricket Club by the ex-Derbyshire bowler Alf Pope.
Taylor was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler. He took 830 first-class wickets in his career at an average of 26.52 with a best analysis of 7–52.
Mike Taylor is the twin brother of Derek Taylor, the Somerset wicket-keeper.

On April 10, 1984, Richard Ramirez murdered 9-year-old Mei Leung in a hotel basement, and this was to begin one of the more brutal runs of a serial killer in American history. A Serial killer who did not seen to follow the time tested code of what a serial killer was about, while others preyed on societies vulnerable, like drug addicts and prostitutes, children even the poor, Richard Ramirez cruised the well heeled middle class suburban areas, climbing into unlocked windows and shooting the male and rapping and torturing the females. Whether they were 6 or 86 he raped, tortured and sodimized them, some he let live while others he sent to the abyss, but what made him tick.
This is my take on the brutal killer.
