This is the tool I've been needing for so long, and didn't know it existed. We are bombarded with cu...stomer interaction from literally dozens of different channels. This brings it all together for us.

I will say that I've been digging for a long time, and if there was something Front could improve upon, it is being clearer about the capability. On PipeDrive's integration page, it is not clear that you can unify Facebook Messenger (from unlimited pages), Twitter, SMS, and chat, amongst other things, all in one place. I don't know about others, but when I'm looking to add a tool to the stack, I start on the integrations page on the tools I currently use.

Since Front manages gobs and gobs of customer data from so many places, it would be AMAZING to integrate with Drip or Hull, so we can better study the customer journey across our channels.

By far the best tool we ever introduced to our startup. So many clever functionalities which make ou...r life so much easier. Each member in our team enjoys working with front and I discover something new on a weekly basis to make communication even more efficient. The support is great as well and the ever growing plug-ins are a game changer.
I would love to have instagram messages in front as well.
At the beginning we were reluctant of spending that "much" money per user/month but by now it´s a no-brainer for us, given that this tool raises our support to the next level.

I was about to use FreshDesk before seeing an ad for Front. Amazing product that feels just like you...r inbox and it’s easy to onboard team members! As an ecommerce site, it’s great for streamlining customer support that comes in from various channels, while maintaining the personal touch of email.

Their team is very helpful and communicates well. I highly recommend, but my only feedback would be offering a cheaper pricing tier that’s between the 1 channel and 15 channel plan - maybe 3 or 5 channels + reports?
