This was the best part of Congress's surgical strike! They followed such precise high level security protocol that even COAS of that time wasn't informed. I salute Congress for such professionalism.
Congress has a habit of lying. Will you please let me know which ‘So called Surgical Strike’ are you attributing to my tenure as COAS. Am sure you must have hired some Coupta to invent another story .

Are you Rafool's partner in his Thai/Burma visits?? . According to you we should rely on Hindu to certify surgical strike instead of 3 COAS- VP Malik, Bikram Singh & V K Singh, stating on the contrary.

Sir OROP is not an issue for because you are an officer. Tell me the same if you're from OR. You won't. Because to them it is much more.

You got it the other way round JCO & OR are VERY HAPPY (Nearly all except some wayled by officers) Some officers are unable to understand the financial burden which will spiral in years ahead Some officers have political ambitions OROP is granted with some issues to iron out
