Charlene Boren Isom, 88, died at 3:41 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2019, and her husband, Jewell Coleman “Coley” Isom, 94, died at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Both died at their Hopkinsville home.

Joint services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home with the Revs. Kent Workman and Greg Giltner officiating.
