Lil Xan said he's suspicious of girlfriend Annie Smith's claims she was pregnant and had a miscarriage.
The 22-year-old rap artist told No Jumper on Tuesday that he and his girlfriend are 'in limbo or some s***' amid their 'very complicated' relationship.
'Don't get me wrong, I love Annie to death,' he said, 'but like it's complicated as f*** right now.'

When asked if he thought her claims in February of being pregnant - and a subsequent miscarriage that occurred this month - were a hoax, the Betrayed artist said there were 'definitely things that [were] questionable' about the pregnancy, but he 'did really start seeing a belly.'
Controversy surrounded the pregnancy from the outset after they announced they were expecting: Social media users suggested she had pulled an image of their ultrasound from Google Images, which Smith denied.

The Redlands, California native, whose full name is Nicholas Diego Leanos, said he asked her for 'some documentation' to back up her claims, and that 'another suspicious thing' was that she hemmed and hawed when he pressed her for it.
He said: 'I hope ... we're supposed to be getting some documentation from Kaiser Permanente ... but I was like, "I need the paperwork of the miscarriage that you had" ... this is another suspicious thing - I was like, "Go down to the hospital because it's on our street and get the paperwork ... saying you had a miscarriage."

'But she came back saying, 'Oh I have to do this process and s***.'
The artist, who said he wants 'to give her the benefit of the doubt' over the sensitive issue, admitted, 'It really gets you thinking, you know what I mean?'
Lil Xan said that he was 'super-stoked' at the news of his impending parenthood for multiple reasons: 'Number one to have a kid and just the impact it would have on my life.'
He later admitted to 'the biggest double standard' in having other lovers, but not being okay with her doing the same.
Lil Xan later took to Instagram Wednesday with a shot of himself and Smith in an embrace outdoors.
'I can be an a**hole sometimes, but i’m really a nice guy,' wrote the artist, who dated Noah Cyrus last year.
Smith later said via her Instagram Stories, 'All I can say is love is hard. True, passionate, unconditional, eternal love will never be easy. Ever. Love sucks and it is the most beautiful, magical feeling in this world.
She added that: 'Judging people via the internet about who they fall in love with and what they choose to do in their relationship is so sad because you can NEVER understand another couples relationship.'
