The nominations for the 2019 Ivor Novello Awards have been announced.
Grime rapper Ghetts, singer Jorja Smith, and bands Arctic Monkeys and The 1975 lead the acts receiving nods at the prestigious songwriting awards, with the winners announced at a star-studded ceremony at Grosvenor House, London on May 23.
Rebel hitmaker Ghetts, 34 - nominated in the Best Contemporary Song category for Black Rose- and composer Daniel Pemberton - recognised in the Best Original Film Score category for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse posed up at The Ivy, London as they celebrated their successes.

Battling it out in the Best Song Musically and Lyrically categories will be Arctic Monkeys' Four Out of Five, Nica Libres at Dusk by Ben Howard and Nina Cried Power by Hozier.
Facing off against Ghetts and collaborator Kojey Radical in the Best Contemporary Song category will be Jorja Smith's Blue Lights and Love It If We Made It by The 1975.
The nominees in the PRS for Music Most Performed Work are Breathe by Jax Jones featuring Ina Wroldsen, Shotgun by George Ezra and These Days performed by Rudimental ft Jess Glynne, Macklemore and Dan Caplen.
Going head-to-head for Best Album are Cocoa Sugar by Young Fathers, I'm All Ears by Let's Eat Grandma and Joy As An Act of Resistance by Idles.

Up against Daniel in the Best Original Film Score category is American Animals composed by Anne Nikitin and Phantom Thread composed by Jonny Greenwood.
Nominated in the Best Television Soundtrack category is Flowers (Series 2) composed by Arthur Sharpe, Happy New Year, Colin Burstead, composed by Clint Mansell and Requiem, composed by Natasha Khan and Dominik Scherrer.
The awards, now in their 64th year, celebrate and honour excellence in British and Irish songwriting and composing across categories for songs, albums, film, TV and video game scores.

The nominations for The Ivors 2019 represent the work of 48 individual songwriters and composers, with 70 per cent of the nominees receiving nods for the first time.
The nominees are chosen by an esteemed panel of songwriters and composers.
The Ivors Academy Chair, Crispin Hunt, said: 'The works nominated for The Ivors 2019 are brilliantly diverse, and we're delighted to see so many first-time nominees recognised.
