R. Kelly was seen outside of his Trump Tower apartment in his native Chicago on Easter Sunday, smoking a cigar and talking on a phone call.
The 52-year-old singer was seen standing near a Rolls-Royce, which a source told TMZ was not his.
He was wearing a bright red cap with a baby blue hooded sweatshirt, torn jeans and sunglasses, as well as a gold watch.

The Ignition artist remains in legal hot water on a number of fronts, including 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse and mounting child support debt.
Kelly has petitioned a Chicago court to lower his monthly $20,833 child support payments to ex-wife Andrea Kelly, according to the outlet, amid two months of non-payments.
The I Believe I Can Fly singer last month was taken into custody at Cook County Jail over $161,633 in unpaid child support toward Andrea, who he shares three children with.
After the balance was settled, Kelly vowed to 'straighten all this stuff out,' Reuters reported.

The Grammy winner was arrested in February amid accusations he had sexually assaulted four women, three of whom were in the age range of 13 to 17 at the time the alleged assaults occurred.
Kelly, who is free on $1 million bail in the case, has denied the allegations against him.
Kelly has been under increased scrutiny since the airing of the Lifetime documentary Surviving R. Kelly, which explored the singer's checkered history over the past 25 years.

Among those who spoke in it included singer John Legend, who said that Kelly has 'has brought so much pain to so many people' with his actions.
Legend subsequently said in a TODAY show appearance that he felt the documentary was instrumental in spurring the latest wave of legal moves against Kelly.
'Being retold through that medium really brought the issue to people’s attention,' Legend said, and I think inspired law enforcement to move on some things that I think they weren’t moving on before.'
Kelly in 2008 faced as many as 15 years in prison when he was found not not guilty in his Chicago trial over child pornography.
In his ongoing sex abuse case, the singer could be sentenced to as many as 70 years in prison if he's convicted.
