Sandra currently stars in the BBC America series Killing Eve, which also broadcasts on AMC in the US.

She plays an office-bound officer for MI5, the UK's domestic counter-intelligence agency, who is searching for the psychopathic assassin Villanelle (played by Jodie Comer).

Despite the series' dark subject matter, it often flirts with black comedy, and the two female leads develop a twisted obsession with each other.

The series is a favorite among critics, with a stellar 96 percent rating from all critics, and an astounding 100 percent fresh rating from the most prestigious critics.

The hit series was renewed for a third season earlier this month, though developer and head writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge announced that she won't be returning with the show.
