Cook County State's Attorney, Kim Foxx, has reportedly received 'racially charged' death threats since her office's decision to drop all charges against Empire star Jussie Smollett. Her staff said the death threats began shortly after the office dropped Smollet's 16 counts of lying to police on March 26. 'We can confirm that the State's Attorney has received threats to her personal safety and security, a number of which have contained racially charged language,' Foxx's office said Tuesday. Smollett was accused of staging an attack on himself on January 29 to try to get a raise on the show, Empire.

The crash occurred around 9.18pm Saturday night. Photos from the crash show the capsized boat wedged against sharp rocks along the beach.

Their bodies were found the next day following a search in a rugged, wooded area at the back of a property about half-a-mile away. New information was released on Monday in the two-year-old investigation as an emotional Indiana State Police Superintendent appealed to the 'little bit of a conscience' that the killer had left.

He said that instead of speaking, Conkey was just uttering random words, and that nobody could understand what she wanted.
