While I will not deny the existence of lumpen elements in any society, religion, Nationality or a political party supporter grp, this person’s claims of “Muslims living in fear under BJP raaj” in a city like Mumbai, MUST be thoroughly investigated

Since 2014, I have visited Mumbai 4 times and I have made it a point to interact with blue collar workers regardless of their religion to get their feedback on the current dispensation. Not once have I observed, or have been told- however subtly, of this “Muslims under fear”

The constructive criticisms were logical and expressed without ANY FEAR OR HATRED. I have always felt Mumbaikars, regardless of their religion, are fairly reasonable and are not afraid to voice their opinions. I make it a point to visit Mumbai during every trip to India.

Every Muslim family I interacted with seemed happy with BJP. I had tilak on my forehead from visiting Mahalakshmi temple & it was obvious I was a Hindu,no Muslim was afraid to talk to me. I got a lot of +ve feedbacks about the BJP & there were some CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms too

Btw I too noticed what has turned into, during my visit to India. I was in the Haji Ali area too. Spoke to a LOT of muslim families regarding the current dispensation. Not one of them expressed fear or talked about intolerance.
