It looks like Spotify's API is having issues again, which is affecting scrobbling via https://www.last.fm/settings/applications …. We've already contacted them and they've told us they're working on the issue.

The offline scrobbler should resubmit your scrobbles when the Spotify API comes back online. Alternatively, you can continue scrobbling via the web scrobbler chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-scrobbler/hhinaapppaileiechjoiifaancjggfjm …), and opening the spotify web player in a new tab (https://open.spotify.com/browse/featured ).
