Overview

The NGA is an awesome place to bring the kids and get creative. There’s plenty on offer with regular programs and interactive opportunities to engage with the national collection and exhibitions on display.

We offer free self-led activities whenever you visit, such as our relaxed creative space NGA Play, right through to large destination events that are a must for the calendar.

Families grow up with the NGA through specially designed programs that work across ages from babies to teens. We also have intergenerational programs for families to enjoy together.
