    Must say the monetary policy and liquidity package from RBI is much more substantive than what Centre has announced so far in the name of fiscal stimulus. New Delhi now needs to match RBI’s performance!

    RBI has clarified all retail loans will be covered by 3-month moratorium on repayment & servicing. This is good news for small retail borrowers.

    G-20 nations has come together to pledge $5 trillion to help economies deal with medical & economic exigencies. This is a much bigger response than in 2008. Unlike then economies are shutting down around the world. Global trade/GDP will actually shrink. $5 trillion may fall short
