Artonview

No matter what your walk in life, art can enrich your experience of it. Discover it for yourself in Artonview when you become a member of the NGA.

Artonview magazine provides context and relevance to the NGA’s exhibitions, displays, collection, creative partnerships, public and educational programs and other important initiatives. Art is a means of understanding the world, of learning about different cultures and perspectives and of opening up new ways of seeing.

Through Artonview, the NGA aims to promote the visual arts in Australia and to make it more accessible to all Australians. Artists’ ideas and innovations, their experiences and what they have to teach us are brought into sharp focus by leading experts, the artists themselves, passionate benefactors and a host of others involved in the arts, including the NGA’s own audiences.

It’s friendly, it’s entertaining, it’s scholarly and intelligent but, above all, it provides a view of the arts that is relevant and meaningful for everyone.

Playing its part in the NGA’s role as a centre of education, back issues of Artonview are made freely available here via issuu. To be ahead of the pack, become a member.
