    Here's a visual aid in how PNG will work on Twitter starting February 11th - PNG will be converted to JPEG 85% quality and tested: Twitter keeps smaller of the PNG and JPEG - PNGs less than 900 pixels in the longest dimension will be kept - PNG8 images will be kept

    Thank you for all the feedback regarding the upcoming changes to PNG images on Twitter. The following amendment has been made: - If the image is a PNG that is 900 pixels or smaller in the longest dimension, that PNG will be left as-is.
