The face of everyone's favourite Food Bag, Nadia Lim is ready to add a bit of flavour to the dance floor.

After winning MasterChef NZ in 2011, the dietician rose to fame and became a top-selling author and TV host, going on to launch her own self-titled magazine, NADIA.

"I'm a sucker for a good challenge and it looks like so much fun," the mum of two, who has been partnered with last season's winner Aaron Gilmore, says.

"It's been a long time since I was on the dance floor (of the university bar) back in my scarfie days where, believe it or not, I met my future husband, so I must have had at least one or two impressive moves!"

Nadia Lim's chosen charity is Garden to Table.

Joining her on the dance floor is beloved 90s TV personality and parenting guru, Jude Dobson.

She may be known for her parenting step-by-steps, but with the help of partner Matt Tatton-Brown, will she be able to two-step too?

"I recognise I'm the dancer with perhaps the most years and kids to my name, with the least experience and the least number of Instagram followers!" admits the former face of Family Health Diary

"But … as utterly terrified as I am about attempting to learn something new (and so darn publicly as well!) I figure you've got to grab opportunities when they pop up, and why not scare myself a little in midlife?!"

Manu Vatuvei's chosen charity is KidsCan.

Swapping rugby balls for ballroom moves this season is Warriors star Manu Vatuvei, partnered with Loryn Reynolds.

With a nickname like "The Beast," he'll make for tough competition – because this rugby league legend is no stranger to working up a sweat on screen.

"I've been known to do a bit of a quick step on the field so I hope that translates into some fancy footwork on the dance floor," the former NRL player says.

"When I first got fitted for my latin shoes and saw they had quite high heels I did have a 'what have I got myself into?' moment, but it's for a good cause and it will give the boys a laugh!"

William Waiirua's chosen charity is The Attitude Trust For People With Disabilities.

In 2017, William released his own music video, Wowwee, with fellow kiwi artist Vince Harder, starred in a 2017 NZ Police recruitment video and the Queen Bohemian Rhapsody tribute that went viral.

He'll be one to watch out for when he hits the dance floor.
