Dr. Sumaiya Shaikh is the Editor for Alt News Science and works as a Neuroscientist in Sweden. She holds a PhD in Medicine from Sydney, Australia. Her previous research was in neuropathic pain physiology. Currently, she is studying the human brain during aggression & violent behaviour while writing a book about the science behind ordinary people committing violent crimes. She advocates for evidence based medicine & critiques misinformation in public health policies.

He has previously worked in the television news industry as a reporter with Times Now, where he managed news bulletins and breaking news scenarios, apart from scripting numerous prime time television stories. He has also been actively involved with various freelance projects. Sidharth has studied economics, political science, international relations and journalism.
