6th hearing of the Fenix 2 trial against four anarchists and one environmentalist (Czech Republic)

On Monday the 9th of March at 8:30 a.m. there will take place the next hearing of Fenix 2 at the court in Most. This time, there will be witnesses present and the experts who elaborated their opinions on these topics:

– Politology: Miroslav Mareš

– Language expertise and determining of the authorship: Václava Musilová

– Clinical psychology: Pavel Král

Just for reminding, the trial is against four anarchists and one environmentalist and they face to 3-10 years of prison. Show support to the accused ones by being present at the court or by any other solidarity action.

Trial with the accused in Fenix 2 (Czech Republic)

On November 22th, 2019, the trial with 4 anarchists and one environmentalist accused in operation Fenix 2 will be taking place at the district court of Most, at 8:30 a.m. Come to support them at the courthouse or by any solidarity action.

Trial against the accused of Operation Fenix 2 (Czech Republic)

Ve dnech 8., 10. a 12. dubna 2019 proběhne soudní líčení se čtyřmi anarchisty a jedním environmentalistou obviněnými v kauze Fénix 2. Podpořte obviněné přímo u soudu nebo jinou solidární akcí. Dejte najevo, že jejich budoucnost, stejně jako svoboda nás všech vám není lhostejná. Jakékoliv vyjádření podpory je vítáno! Soud bude probíhat každý den od 8:30 u okresního soudu v Mostě.

Letter from imprisoned anarchist comrade Lukas Borl (Czech Republic)

Statement to my arrest
On Sunday, September 4th, 2016, I was arrested by the police in Most and then taken to the remand prison in Litomerice. Unfortunately it happened what I did not want to, but knew all along that this may occur at any time. Fortunately, I have mentally prepared myself for such situation so it allows me to deal calmly with this kind of unpleasant reality, which I’m and apparently people close to me are exposed to now.

I was captured by those who defend the rule of capital over our lives. Nevertheless, that doesn’t change anything on my will to continue along the path that I have chosen. I will continue to destroy and create. To fight and love. I remain an anarchist with everything that belongs to it. I decided for now to write a few paragraphs about my imprisonment. Surely I will soon express my opinion about other issues that I consider important.

Before the arrest
It’s no secret that at a certain moment I decided to “disappear”, in worry that the police was planning my arrest. I have expressed my reasons in the text “Disappearance of supervision of state power”, which is published various sites of the anarchist movement. The choice I made, allowed me to live hidden and quite happily for months. I freely moved and ate a good food. Whole world became home for me, and I was able to find havens for cultural and social existence in it. (more…)

Massive police operation against anarchists left three people in custody (Czech Republic)

Following massive raid on anarchists on Tuesday night, three people were
charged with terrorism and taken into custody. Whole operation police
called “Phoenix” started in early morning with house search in dozens of
private flats and social center “Ateneo” in the town of Most. Around 20
people were arrested, part of them only questioned and immediately
released.

Three people were charged of attempted terrorism (12-20 years of
prison), some others are officially investigated of the same crime but
were released. Even others were charged of not reporting this serious
crime. Three people were taken into custody. As some servers were
confiscated most of Czech anarchists websites are down.
