The X actually loads slower than S. I have both systems on separate TVs in the same room, and play duos with my buddy. Both consoles connect to same connection, both games installed to internal storage, the only difference is one is 1tb One X, the other is 1tb One S. When we party up and launch the game, both consoles show the loading screen at the same time, but the S will show exit load screen to show the game about 4 seconds before the X.

Tbh, the graphical ecperie ce has gotten worse over time. They optimized the game for the lowest common denominator which is a real bummer, especially when having a One X optimized version does t require any new development, but rather just leaving some aspects of the game how they were before they reduced quality to help ot run on lower consoles. For example,the back when pubg came to xbox, running an X ,want that 3/4 of the maps building were loaded and visible FROM THE AIRPLANE BEFORE YOU JUMPED. Now on Vivendi buildings dont load till I'm bouncing inside them half the time, even when jumping at end of flight path. Another 'optimization' done to reduce load times was removal of character model from inventory screen, leaving the black pointless silhouette. I never experienced any of the lag when opening my menu that cites as the reason they removed said feature.
