Room Hire
Meeting Room
NIBS have a spacious room at the back of the shop that is available to hire for activist and community groups at a very affordable rate. The room fits about 40 people.
The room is now available for booking by donation. We would appreciate any financial donation from your group to help pay for our rent, but we want the room to be available for all activist/community groups to use, including those of limited means.
Booking Procedure:
You can search the online calendar below to see if the room is available for hire at the time you require (note: times shaded in grey spaces are unavailable).
The calendar below, however, cannot be used to directly create bookings unless your organisation has been given special access (see below). If the room is free at the time you want simply contact the bookshop and we will secure the booking.
If you are an organisation who already uses our room regularly and would like to be given direct booking access to our calendar, please contact the bookshop.
