Ban Ban Not Dead

Via Europhobia I discover that Tony Blair intends to ban Islamic extremist group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Strangely enough this is the response of many of the Central Asian Republics - some of whom have been particularly severe in their implementation of the ban - where it has been singularly ineffective.
