    There are two basic fundamental principles in doctrine of natural justice. 1) No man shall be a judge in his own case 2)hear the other side. But what happened in SC is just opposite. SC's independence is eroded from within & It's time of deep turmoil.

    the complaint in question is not about independence of the judiciary, it is about harassment and illegal termination, how come that has not been taken up? restraint cannot mean questions that need to be asked should not be asked.

    very unfortunate response by CJI to harassment complaint. he is referring to a case concerned a tussle between her father-in-law & neighbour over preference in some electrical work, was quashed by the Delhi HC in Sep '16 following settlement between the parties. that's criminal?

    Independence of women is under very very serious threat. If they j have to work under these conditions, Woman will never be able to work even in place like Supreme Court of India. Why will a woman employee conspire against a Chief justice, whose term will end in November 2019?

    Independence of judiciary is under very very serious threat. If the judges have to work under these conditions, good people will never come to this office

    Finally Delhi police detained her and her husband based on a cheating complaint. They were subjected to verbal and physical abuse, their hands and legs were cuffed, and they were denied food and water for nearly 24 hours. Yes Finally they got justice!!!
